Project Background
The client needed a clean production area for precision assembly and inspection, but the existing factory did not have enough space or construction conditions for a traditional fixed cleanroom. The production process required a cleaner operating environment for small parts, testing instruments, microscopes, and sensitive components. At the same time, the client wanted to keep the layout flexible because the production line could change in the future.
A traditional cleanroom would require more building modification, longer installation time, and higher reconstruction cost. For this project, STJh Cleanroom selected a mobile expandable modular cleanroom solution. The cleanroom can be placed directly inside the existing workshop and expanded when more working space is needed.
